Pounce

This was an out of class assignment for my drawing class. We had to covey a sense of time and motion using one (or more) of the four techniques we learned to do so: 1) Stop Action 2)Sequential Images 3) Serial Imagery 4) Gestural Mark-Making. I choose stop action. The reason it may seem underdeveloped (in terms of ground shadows) is because if we choose to do digital art, after we print it out we have to alter the surface of the paper. I will be adding in some shadows with colored pencil. I will probably take a picture of the final piece and put it up after I'm done.

This is not a fox that you see. This is a maned wolf, otherwise known as the "fox on stilts". It is hunting a bird that belongs to the tinamidae family.
